Consumers are thinking about death in new ways, including celebrations of life, less religious services, and planning from a distance
And of course, baby boomers and their children both use the internet to buy everything
But the industry hasn’t changed – yet. The traditional offering is dominated by private equity roll ups and sleazy, monopolistic local businesses who are used to customers walking in the door with few choices.
